Skills and requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities from our website
  • Follow up on incoming leads via email and phone
  • Actively prospect new, existing, and inactive clients
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on proposals via CRM
  • Manage and update client accounts in the CRM
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
  • Prepare necessary documentation for transactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (inside or outside)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with ERP and CRM software
  • Must reside on the Island of Montreal
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Car ownership (an asset)
